Diecasting parts cooling basin
The VRI1000 and VRI800 cooling tanks are designed for the immersion cooling of die-cast parts as they exit the press. Their large capacity and surface area easily accommodate the immersion of parts using a robot. They are constructed entirely of stainless steel to ensure durability in demanding industrial environments.
The cooling system consists of a close-coupled, self-priming centrifugal electric pump featuring a stainless steel casing and impeller and an IP55 protection rating and a brazed-plate heat exchanger designed for connection to a chiller or process water cooling system.
The tanks come equipped with a removable stainless steel basket that allows for the collection and removal of any metal residues that may detach from the parts during cooling.
