Gas burners for moulds

A new generation of burners delivering remarkable performance. The 89-series burners offer high thermal efficiency, low gas consumption, and a flame temperature exceeding 1000°C. Thanks to their lightweight and easy-to-handle design, they are ideal for any preheating process (involving permanent molds, dies, die-casting equipment, etc.) where an efficient heat source must be applied to cavities or large surface areas.
They operate using either natural gas or propane.
Equipped with a safety device, they can be left running without constant supervision, as a thermocouple-controlled valve shuts off the gas supply in the event of accidental flameout.
Compared to aspirated-air burners, the use of compressed air allows for significant gas savings and a drastic reduction in heating times.
