Zamak metal alloys
According to EN 1774, the main types of Zamak alloys include:
Zamak Alloy 13 (ZnAl4): excellent dimensional stability and corrosion resistance.
Zamak Alloy 15 (ZnAl4Cu1): a balance of hardness, mechanical strength, and ductility.
Zamak Alloy 12 (ZnAl4Cu3): high hardness and tensile strength.
All Zamak alloys supplied by us adhere to strict limits regarding impurities (Pb, Cd, Sn), ensuring compliance with environmental regulations such as RoHS, ELV, and WEEE.
In 2025, Mambretti Metalli obtained REMADE® in Italy certification for its supplied Zamak alloys.
